1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order ID.
2. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns or replacements are eligible only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Package tampered or broken during transit
3. Reporting an Issue
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment source
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. The credited amount may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Opened or used products
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
- Minor packaging damage without product leakage
